Steps to make Greengram sweet Dosa:
- Soak the green gram whole night or 3_4 hour.
- Grind it and add some rice flour,1/2 packet Eno, 1 tbsp sugar to the batter & if possible add pinch of green colour.
- If required add little water to make the consistency like the dosa batter.
- Then heat a pan put jaggery and grated coconut,cardamom powder and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Then heat a dosa pan put a small amount of water and give the shape of any cartoon face you like before the batter gets dry.
- Add coconut stuffing into the middle & cover it.
- Then you can use plain dosa batter for making the eyes.separately you have to make it.
- After 2 minutes,you can see your dosa is properly cooked.
- Decorate with carrot slices as a ear.And black pepper for eyeboll..
- Definitely your kid will love it..
