  1. Soak the green gram whole night or 3_4 hour.
  2. Grind it and add some rice flour,1/2 packet Eno, 1 tbsp sugar to the batter & if possible add pinch of green colour.
  3. If required add little water to make the consistency like the dosa batter.
  4. Then heat a pan put jaggery and grated coconut,cardamom powder and fry it for 5 minutes.
  5. Then heat a dosa pan put a small amount of water and give the shape of any cartoon face you like before the batter gets dry.
  6. Add coconut stuffing into the middle & cover it.
  7. Then you can use plain dosa batter for making the eyes.separately you have to make it.
  8. After 2 minutes,you can see your dosa is properly cooked.
  9. Decorate with carrot slices as a ear.And black pepper for eyeboll..
  10. Definitely your kid will love it..
