- Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved and the butter leaves side. Add nuts and raisins.
- Halwa is ready. Transfer in a dish and let it cool.
- Once warm give a banana shape and let it cool completely. Once cool roll out yellow fondant and decorate halwa in banana shape.
- With the black fondant make a small ball shape and stick to one side. With a small thread like fondant stick to the other side.
- With little bit of black fondant and water give the banana a mark doing strokes.
- With the rest I used a decorating mould and gave a shape and decorated with pearl.
