Steps to make Poha Rose Mocktail:
- Wash the rose petals with fresh water 2_3 times.Boil 4 cup water in a pan with rose petals.
- Wash the poha & soaked for 10 minutes.Then grind it in mixie with 1 tsp of water till it become a smooth paste
- Now add this grinded paste to boiling water & rose petals.
- Boil for at least 10 minutes.
- Now add a pinch of eatable red colour or few stings of kesar.
- Boil for another 5 minutes.
- Switch off the flame & stain the rose petals through stainer
- Let it cool down. Then take a seving glass,pour 1/2 cup of rose water,1/2 tsp lemon juice,salt & drinking soda with ice
- Serve cold.
