The ingredients needed to make Egg Curry:
  1. Make ready 6/8 Eggs
  2. Take Oil 2tbls spoons
  3. Get Onions 2 chopped
  4. Take 3/4 Whole black pepper
  5. Get 1 tsp whole cumin
  6. Take Chopped tomatoes tin 1/2
  7. Take 2 tsp Cumin and coriander powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp chilli or to taste
  9. Take 3/4 tsp Salt or to taste
  10. Make ready 1 tsp Garlic & ginger paste
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp Tumeric
  12. Get Fresh coriander to garnish
  13. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
Instructions to make Egg Curry:
  1. Boil eggs and peels off the skin. Cut the eggs length ways and keep aside
  2. Add oil to a pan add the whole pepper and cumin then add the chopped onion and brown
  3. Add the tomatoes tin or alternatively you can use passata or fresh Tomatoes also
  4. Add the spices and allow the sauce to cook on low heat till oil come to the top of sauce you can add water if you want a more sauce
  5. Lastly add the eggs garnish with fresh coriander and Garam Masala serve hot
