- Take onins, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and green chillies and make a paste in blender
- Now we take a karahi or pot and add oil in it. Heat up oil add cumin seeds, mustard and fennel seeds in it and roast them 2 min.
- Then put onion tomatoes garlic ginger paste in it and cook it for 10 min
- After 10 min add all dry spices pour in it
- When all spices cook well add boiled chick peas and boiled potatoes (we also use water of boiling potato)
- Cover it for 15 minutes. It is ready.
- Now time to fry our poories pour few drops of oil on kitchen counter and press dough ball with hands not thick or not more thin.
- Put in hot oil to fry and cook well both sides.
