- Now mix them well again
- Pour 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan. Put on a high flame for 2mins. Then pour the egg mix. Keep the flame high for couple of minutes. Then put a lid on and turn the flame on medium.
- After few minutes turn the whole egg other side carefully. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes more. Then turn of the gas.
- You can cut them with the cookie cutter in any shape to make them look attractive. You can have them with bread, burger bun, Paratha or tortilla wraps. Add some mayonnaise and ketchup on top with cucumbers.
