  7. Heat oil in a kadai.
  8. When it gets heated, reduce the flame to low.
  9. Drop 3-4 chaklis in hot oil and cook both the sides on low-medium flame until crispy and golden.
  10. Remove in a tissue paper.
  11. Serve or store in air tight container.
