- Take 1/4 th cup lukewarm water in a bowl. Dissolve sugar in it then add the yeast.Cover and keep aside for 10 mins. The yeast will bloom as shown in the pic.
- Take flour and salt in a mixing bowl and add the yeast mixture to it.
- Knead it upto a sticky consistency using warm water little at a time. It should not be too sticky but must have elasticity and web like structures.
