- First of all knead the dough by using all the ingredients of Naan and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Meanwhile put a kadai on flame add 1 teaspoon oil, put whole garam masala and crackle it then add chopped onion, garlic stir it for a while then add chopped tomatoes, stir it for a while, add cashew nuts and cover the lid for five minutes then keep it for cooling and grind it in grinder to make thick paste.By using sieve filter out fine paste
