  1. First roast some cashew in ghee and set them aside.Then add cauliflower florets and potatoes to the pan. Fry them for a 10 - 15 minutes.
  2. Take a pan and heat ghee in it, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, black pepper and cardamoms. When they start to crackle put onion layers and fry them till onion become golden pink, then add finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger and chopped capsicum. Then finally add water and salt for the required consistency and taste.
