  2. Leave the dough for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes again smoother the dough
  3. To make tortillas. Make a thickness medium size roti and keep them separate using piza cutter to give a traingular shape. Keep oil for deep fry. Now add cutted traingular shape tortillas fry them in deep pan in medium flame till it turns golden brown. While frying keep on stirring both sides. It should fry both sides till gets crispy
  4. Once it's get ready take them in vessel or plate and sprinkle with chaat masala. It should be store in air tight container.you can served Nacho's chips with any of your favourite salsa. I have shared mango salsa recipe. You can check it on my page.
  5. Note- it's optional after making roti of tortillas you can even cook then on pan like roti. It should be cook little bit like roti and then cut into traingular shape and deep fry.
