  6. Making of salsa - put the tawa in the oven when heated put little oil to the tawa, add red chillies and tomatoes to the tawa burnt the tomatoes and red chillies until the burnt smell comes out from the tomatoes,
  7. Put to the blender along with vinegar and salt blend well and keep aside.
  8. Cut all veggies that is cucumber, onion, tomatoes, red and green capsicum, green chilli, put all in the mixing bowl, and add blended tomatoes red chillies to the bowl add roasted jeera powder, olive oil, black salt, salt, lemon juice all, add finely chopped cilantro, mix well,
  9. Now take serving plate put salsa in the bowl and keep the salsa bowl to the middle of the plate and serve and it's delicious and healthy.
