- Different from the Chinese noodles, you have to dry out the pasta a little so that it won't stick together. We hang the pasta on cooking chopsticks to dry.
- Divide into 1 serving portions (about 75 g) and bundle up each portion in a container.
- Since I would have to clean the pasta machine afterward anyway, I made Chinese noodles as well.
