- Boil milk for 15 minutes
- In a bowl, take some milk and add custard powder
- Add it in the boiling milk
- Add sugar
- And stire it continuously
- After 2 to 3 minutes, switch off the flame
- Add vanilla essence and put it aside
- In Another Pan, add sugar, caramelize this sugar on low flame
- Pour it in another mould and let it dry or set
- As prepared custard become cool add two eggs and mix it or blend it for a while
- And pour it in (pan in which we set caramelized sugar) pan
- Now put it for steaming
- It will take 20 to 25 minutes,and then switch off the flame
- Let it cool now keep it in fridge for chilling
- And the yummy flan is ready served chilled
- Decorate it with your own way with cherries and sugar crystals
