  4. Add milk and stir well. Then add the 1 cup of water. Cook slowly at regular intervals to prevent lump formation.
  5. When halwa,thickens add roasted cashews and sugar and the remaining ghee. Add the cardamom powder. Cook further for 1 or 2 minutes.
