- Empty the mixture into a bowl and add the flour and the baking powder (put as much flour as needed in order to get a mixture that is neither too thick nor too runny) and stir.
- Let it sit for about an hour
- Then fry them. Using a teaspoon, take spoonfuls of the batter and drop into plenty of hot olive oil (in a pot or a fryer) so that they are covered in it, till they are golden.
