  5. Measure the milk and take equal quantity of sugar
  6. Add 3 tblspn of sugar in heavy bottom pan and caramelise it
  7. Add water and remaining sugar to the caramelised sugar in pan. Allow it to boil
  8. Add wheat milk
  9. Stir continuously until it solidifies
  10. Add ghee in every 10 mins while stirring
  11. Add chopped cashews
  12. Keep stirring until all ghee release back and halwa thickens
  13. Serve hot or store in container
