- Make a paste of few pineapple cubes, approximately 2 tbsp pulp.Chop into small pieces rest of the pineapple. Heat 1 tsp ghee and lightly toss the pineapple pieces. Set aside. Heat 1 tbsp ghee and fry the semolina till light brown.Add sugar and toss once.Then add 1/4 th cup water. Add the pineapple pulp and cubes.Toss.
- Add 2 drops saffron food colour in milk and pour this into the pineapple sheera.When it is nearly dry,add chopped roasted cashewnuts, almonds and raisins.Sprinkle cardamom powder and 1 tsp ghee.Serve hot topped with few more chopped nuts as a delicious dessert after dinner.
