  2. First of all, heat ghee in a kadhai and add semolina, keep roasting untill you get a nice aroma and semolina turns faint pink (this process takes 15 mins on low flame)
  3. Once semolina is roasted add all dry fruits and fry, add half chopped banana and mix well
  4. Now add 2 cups of hot milk and start stirring till all the milk is absorbed.
  5. Cover the kadai with lid and leave it for 3-4 mins
  6. Add sugar and mix again. Let all the sugar dissolve the add cardamom powder.
  7. Serve hot halwa. Make offering to God as prasadam for any auspicious occasion.
