  4. Pour into a freezer-friendly dish. Carefully place in freezer and freeze until solid, about 4 hours. It's good to scrape in between with a fork when it is semi frozen. It makes it softer.
  5. Once it's set. Use a fork to scrape into large crystals and spoon granita into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.

That's made with real fresh peaches (OMG I heart peaches) and real mint leaves. And, of course, some of that fabulous PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur that I raved about on Monday.
