  1. Preheat oven at 180°
  2. In a bowl, add eggs,melted butter, vanilla essence and whisk to combine.
  3. Next mix all dry ingredients together.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients bit by bit combining using a hand mixer
  5. Next add milk bit by bit combining everything together.
  6. Grease a loaf tin and add the batter to it,let it rest for 15minutes.
  7. Now transfer it to the oven and bake for 30minutes or until if a toothpick is placed in the center it comes out clean.
  8. Set aside
