  5. Add in shezwan chuttney(optional).
  6. Add in washed rice and lentils.
  7. Add salt as per taste.
  8. Add in water as required and let cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
  9. Ready to serve hot with pickle, salad, papad or just squeeze lemon all over on top.
