  1. For moraiya khichdi:- in a pan heat oil and ghee. Add cumin seeds. When crackles add chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Add moraiyo and saute for one minute.
  2. Add water. Add salt and mix well. Allow it to cook. Stir in between. When it almost cooked add beaten curd and roasted peanut powder. Mix well. Cook till get desired consistency (keep semi thick consistency). Add chopped coriander leaves. Moraiya khichdi is ready. Serve with kadhi.
  3. For kadhi:- in a vessel take curd and rajgira flour. Mix well. Add required water and blend with blender to make lump free mixture. Add salt and green chillies.Bring it to boil on low flame.
  4. Stir in between. Add sugar and grated ginger. After 2-3 boil make tadka. In a tadka pan heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon piece and cloves. When crackles add curry leaves. Pour this tadka into boiling kadhi. Cook for couple of minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Kadhi is ready.
  5. Note:- you can add cubed potatoes in moraiya khichdi.
