- Place it evenly in a plate and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it and freeze it for 1.5 hour in the refrigerator

- Now take a bowl and add cornflour, maida, oregano, chilli flakes and salt and make a slurry.
- Dip the square pieces in the slurry and coat the pieces in the mixture of breadcrumbs and pappad
