  1. First take Oats, chopped Veggies like carrot, Tomato, Onions.
  2. Take chopped capsicum, Spinach, green peas, green chillies.take curd for Raita.Take indian Spices like roasted Cumin powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder,Red Chilli Powder, asafoetida, Cumin seeds, coriander powder.
  3. Take a pressure cooker add cooking oil 2 tbsp.add Asafoetida, Cumin seeds.add chopped onions and fry.now add green chillies, green peas, capsicum,carrot and roast.now add all spices like garam masala powder, roasted Cumin powder, black pepper,Salt,Red Chilli Powder, coriander powder and roast.now add chopped spinach roast well.
  4. Roast all the vegetables.
  5. Now add tomatoes and Cook well.then add Oats mix well and roast for a minutes.
  6. Add two glasses of water.and give 2/3 whistle.your very delicious Healthy Veggies Oats Khichdi is Ready.
  7. For raita take curd in a bowl.add grated Cucumber, coriander leaves, roasted Cumin powder, black Salt,dried mint leaves powder,Salt.mix well.cucumber Raita is Ready.
