Steps to make Double tadka khichdi:
  1. Wash daal, rice properly. then add all veggies (cabbage, capsicum, carrot, tomato, beans), turmeric powder, salt and cook in a pressure cooker with 4 whistles.
  2. Or until khichdi become soft.
  3. Now take a mixer grinder. Combine tomato, mint, coriander leaves and make a puree. Now heat oil add cumin seeds, red chilli, bay leaf, curry leaves, when exported then add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and cook until the oil gets a separate and tomato puree is cooked.
  4. Then add cooked khichdi required in water then add salt and mix well. At last add coriander leaves and lemon juice. When you want to serve then take another pan and add butter, little red chilli powder, little garam masala and pour on khichdi and serve hot.
