  1. For making Koftas.. Grate Suran or Yam. All all masalas with boiled potatoes and besan and mix well.
  2. Make small balls.. and place it on Appe Pan which we have to grease it with oil.

  6. After this grind it in the mixer and strain it.
  7. Take same pan add ghee or butter or oil as per ur choice. Add whole garam Masala and pour the gravy.. cook it for some time.
  8. Now add cashew paste to it. Stir continuously. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 mins. Add water as per requirement if u feel gravy is thick.
  9. Heat the charcoal on gas until it turns red. lace it in on one katori pour half teaspoon ghee over it and cover immediately to get the smoky flavour. Keep it for 5 mins.
  10. Now gravy is ready to be served with Koftas. Serve it with hot Naans
