- Take 1 cup curd

- Add suji and curd together and mix water as required and o make a smooth paste like idli batter. - Add salt and 2 tsp of oil in it and mix well and let the batter ferment 1 hour. - In a bowl take 1 tsp of soda/eno,1 tsp oil and 2 tsp water and mix well. - Add this mixture in the fermented batter and mix gently.
- Divided this better in three part and in part add orgnage food color and second part add green food color. and third part and remine same as white batter.
- Boil some water in a steamer and grease the dhokla plates. - When water start boiling pour the batter in 2 greased plates. - Arrange these plates add first organ color better in the steamer and cover the steamer with a lid. - Steam it for 5 minutes on high heat. after and add white batter and again steam for 5 min and now add green batter and steam for 5-6 minutes.
