Grease a tray which we used for idli. Pour mixture in each mould. Sprinkle red chilli powder on each dhokla.Pre heat steam cooker place tray and cover. Steam for for 10 minutes or more. To check enter a sharp knife and dhokla isn’t sticking on knife it means it cooked perfectly. Remove dhokla after it get little cool.
  3. Take flat plates and grease. Pour rest of the white rice batter in it. Sprinkle red chilli powder and do same as above.In a fry pan heat oil add mustard, sesame, pieces of green chilli, curry leaves. Add dhokla and mix them well.
  4. For brown rice dhokla. Add baking soda in batter and stir well. Take three purees in separate bowl. Add batter in each bowl and keep forth one plain. Stir each mixture well. Pour in idli mould plate and steam them in steam cooker. We used to eat with raw oil and garlic chutney.
