- Clean, scaled & wash the fish.Sprinkle all over with salt and lemon juice. With a sharp knife cut into big pieces. Marinade for 10' then fry until golden brown in hot oil. Remove & set aside.

To serve: scoop the cooked Fish with own gravy on top of the steam rice with a small bunch of curly lettuce at side plate, scoop also the French beans mixture & 1 tbs Indonesian Sambal on top of steamed rice.
