The ingredients needed to make Fried Chicken:
  1. Make ready pimentao or meat marinade
  2. Get garlic paste
  3. Take white wine
  4. Prepare salt

Instructions to make Fried Chicken:
  1. Marinade the chicken atleast 4 hours before using all the ingredients except for the flour.
  2. Coat well then place in fridge until it's time to cook.
  3. Place a good amount of flour on a shallow plate.
  4. Heat the oil, you can either deep fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes or until cooked. Or shallow fry on a low to medium heat which will take roughly 20-25 minutes, keep turning it often.
  5. Then piece by piece coat the chicken well with the flour and gently drop into the pan as you go along coating the chicken.
  6. When cooked, drain the chicken from oil and dry with kitchen roll.
  7. Squeeze some more fresh lemon juice on the chicken and serve immediately.
