- Once its hot enough, drop the slices one by one. Cook on both sides until well done / Golden Brown.
- Serve with Maple syrup drizzled over it and dust some sugar if need be.
- Tip: Adjust the sugar in the mix according to your taste. I found this quite sweet, considering you have maple syrup on top of it as well. Don't skip the cinnamon, it gives a nice break to all the sweetness.
