Instructions to make Sooji shira Halwa:
- In a pan add Suji and ghee. And keep stirring with low flame untill suji turns to Light brown.
- Mean while in another pan add water and sugar and keep it on low flame untill sugar getting mixed with the water.
- Now when suji turns to the light brown. add a cup of milk and then add the water. and keep stirring until the consistency of shira becomes thick.
- Shira is ready. now add pomegranate and dry fruits on top of the shira and mix well.
